Rest at last! It's a very tiring week, the camp is over and we're all here waiting for new year to come! The pre-camp was so very memorable, eventhough there are only 6 pastors who have handled over 100 youths in the camp, it was successfull! And the last night of the camp was the best night we've ever had! From the beginning of the day, we just know in our hearts that God will do something great that night, and we can't wait about it! From the beginning of the revival night, we can feel God's presence as we worship Him, after that, Pastor Marlou preached about intimacy with God - Genesis 5:21-24 - and after he preached he showed a video to us, here it is:

While it is being showed to us, many youths even pastors have been moved by this video, it's about the prophecy of Cindy Jacob to the Philippines! And Pastor Marlou called for an altar call, while we were playing 'Hear Us From Heaven', almost all of the youths responded to the call! Wow! The presence of God is just so great in our midst that night! Every youth who have responded, cried out to the Lord, everyone has been touched! Some have been delivered! But all of us have been revived! I am just so happy seeing every youth in our youth ministry revived and so very on fire for the Lord! I couldn't express how much gratitude I want to say to my Lord and Savior for what He has done to our ministry! After so many trials and discouragements that we have encountered, God is still and will always be faithful to anyone who remains faithful in Him! I just want to thank God for all the things He has done to us! For the pastors He has given to us! For everything, for everything!

Can't wait after Christmas Day, coz we will have our pre camp! Whoo, I'm so excited! Remembering all the camps that I've attended, all the things that we've done while in the camp; workshops, having fun, games, sports, meeting new faces, making friends with other people, praising and worshipping God, hearing His word, and especially encountering Him in a special way! I'm excited of what's about to happen in that event! I am just so excited!

2008 and our Youth Service

God is so good! We've just had our first Cornerstone Main overnight prayer meeting from 8:00 pm of November 29 to 5 am of November 30, and our main purpose is to have a direction for 2008, I'm glad to be there! We've waited for the vision that God will give us for 2008, we've worshipped God, we prayed in the scripture, we've prayed for Philippines, we've done soaking! At 2 am we started soaking and God has given us revelations at that time! Almost all of us, we are more than 20, have received revelations then we wrote it down in a paper! Just like at what is said in in Proverbs 29:18 -- "Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint;..." and we thank God for the revelation that He have given to each and everyone of us in our prayer meeting! Then after our prayer meeting, some of us slept and I am one of them! :D, actually I am the last one to wake up! hehehe!

Then, last saturday we've had our meeting at 6 pm! There, we've formed our vision for 2008, we've compiled all of the revelations we've got from God then we construct it in a sentence, there are 4 constructed sentences, then there is a votation then one is picked! Now, our leaders are checking it! Praise God!

We have just started our regular Youth Service every saturday at 3 pm! Well from our first youth service, just like what is done every Sunday service, we've had praise and worship, testimonies, offering, and especially the Word of God! In the past two services that we've had, It was great! God moved in our midst, after I have preached and called for an altar call [not I but God -- To God be all the glory], in my amazement, everyone came to the front [12 youths in our first service & 13 youths in our second service], then I prayed for them -- eventhough there is no crying there, and I don't know if they are touched deeply by God but I know that every week, things just keeps getting better and better! So, I encourage you, dear reader, to attend our youth service! Expect that you'll be touched by God! We'll also invite pastors and leaders to share, so be excited and be blessed! Everyweek, every saturday, be there or you'll miss one of the best days of your life! So be there and be blessed by what is doing in our youth services! Godblezyol!

Revival

First of all, I praise God because He revived me last week! coz last last week I've got this great battle within me, a battle between my flesh and the spiritual side of me! But I've learned so much last week from that battles! First, ALWAYS READ YOUR BIBLE - matthew 4:4 "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'" - we must always read our bible so that our spirit will always have strength "for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against authorities, against powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms" Ephesians 6:12. second is, PRAY - because in it we will defeat the devil, these two are very important, why? just like what have been texted to me, 'which is more important?' a little boy asked his grandfather 'to read the bible or to pray?' then the man replied 'which is more important to a bird, his right wing or his left wing?' - both are very important, they could never be separated in order for us to win, third is we must always put on the whole armore of God explained in Ephesians 6:10-18! so I encourage you dear reader to always read your Bible, Pray, and put on the Whole Armor of God! :D, and lastly Trust God, it is said in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all yor ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." :D

And also about revival, last monday me and my younger brother, joboy, have gone to micko's house, it's like we are led by the Holy Spirit to go there, then we've just chatted about church and about our spiritual life! We have shared things from our hearts, our concerns, our burdens and we've learned so much, and after a while we felt that the Holy Spirit wants to do something that night, so I've taken the guitar then I begin to play, then little by little our chit chat have gone to worship so we worshipped God witht the melody I am playing, then after that we are led to pray! so we prayed for our Church, for our Ministry (youth ministry), for our Pastors and Leaders! Then the Holy Spirit led me to pray for every school/university and the members of our youth group who are schooling in every school/university! We've prayed that God will equip each and everyone of us, and we prayed that God will revive us so that we will bring revival in our school/university! We've battle against the enemy, we've cast them out, we've rebuked them, we've cancel all their works through the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! after that Micko and Joboy have seen visions, Micko have seen us, there are 4 of us: Micko, Joboy, Jonas and me, praying in the toddlers room wearing white long sleave shirts and the place is so very radiant and even our faces! Then after a while Micko have seen another vision, it's like a continue of it, zooming out from the toddlers, he have seen youth who are dressed like us, not just in the building but up to the streets! Wow! then he saw a buddha, with red eyes, he said that it is demonic! And to Joboy, he have seen dandan standing in the stage where the Philippine Anthem is being conducted evey morning in their school, and joboy said that dandan is on fire in that vision! Amen! then another is he saw himself and ate Leizel sharing the Gospel of Christ in their school! Amen again! then another is he saw Ronafe, when I have said STI while we were praying a while ago in that time, then he saw haribol[a group of young people, aske me about this and I'll reply in the comments section] some are standing and some are on their knees, crying! Amen! and also Micko and Joboy have seen an eye[red] it is like spying on us! Praise God for every vision that He has given us last monday! We are not afraid coz God is with us, but we need also your prayers there reader! We must help each other!

Now is the time to fight, I am fed up of defending! We must step up, we must move, we must conquer, we must win! If God is with us who can be against us! Isabela is for Christ, Luzon is for Christ, Philippines is for Christ! To God be all the glory!

University Invasion

Hi there to all, it's been a long time since we've posted things here in our blog site! It is just so great, so very uplifting, so very...I can't explain what I'm feeling right now! All I know is that I am so happy, oh this joy that I'm feeling right now! God is just so very great! This feeling when you see your fellow Christian working together, seeing them victorious in their lives, seeing them growing in their spiritual life, seeing youths saved, transformed and molded by our Lord, Jesus Christ! I am so speechless of how God works in our lives! Whoo! :D

Well for the past weeks! Remember our blog about the 60 young people? Well about that, it's not 60 anymore but now "THE WHOLE SCHOOL IS INVOLVED!!!!" Whoo! Praise Jesus! Wow! Cause City High [a school here in Santiago] will be having their recollection at the Fire Center, Sefton Village! That's every Saturday! We've just started last week for the 4Th year high school students, many lives were touched last week, many opened their hearts and invited Jesus into their lives! Almost 300 youths have attended! Well that's not over yet, this Saturday, the 3rd year high school students are next in line, their population is 600 then another 600 for the 2Nd year high school students and 700 for the 1st year high school students! Wow! GOD is just so so so so so so so GREAT! God really moves in mysterious ways! I am so speechless!

"This is just the beginning!" as the Lord showed a vision to ptr. Marlou about Northeastern College! Yesterday, October 9, 2007, I didn't expect that youths will attend our prayer meeting! I believe that everything happens for a reason and God has a reason why we were there! That night, we watched the prophecy of Cindy Jacob about Philippines, then we prayed for Philippines! Then that night God impressed to ptr. Marlou's heart that we [young people] should be prayed! As we were being prayed, the Holy Spirit moved and then God touched each and everyone of us, some were slain, crying, on their knees, etc.! And God showed a vision to ate Che, that God will invade La Sallete high school! God will really invade every school and university here in Santiago! God is really moving right now in our lives! He is preparing each one of us for the Revival that God will do here in the Philippines! I don't want to be an audience! I want to be a part of this great revival!

Our Vision!

A Christ-Centered Generation

Last three weeks we, leaders of our youth group, are forming our vision! each one of us have given the burdens that GOD have planted in our hearts! We shared, we talk about the burdens that GOD have given to each of us, and after each one have given their burden/s, each one of us constructed the vision! from the 14 constructed vision, we chose 1 and reconstructed it! and after that, we have given it to ate Tin to check it! after ate Tin have checked it, she suggested that our vision be "A Christ-Centered Generation"! :D And last saturday I presented it to our youth group and they all agreed! Amen! Isn't that great! :D

Nothing is impossible to GOD! I know, even in this dark and wicked world, GOD can raise up youths, youths who will turn their back at the devil, youths who will make a stand for this generation, youths that will be an example to their friends, to their family, to their school, to everyone, youths that will impact this city, this country, this world and youths who will fight for Jesus till the very last beat of their hearts! I know GOD is able to do all these things, nothing is impossible to Him! I have full confidence in GOD that He can change every individual in this world, you, me and everyone! Nothing is impossible to Him! Nothing!

GOD is so great you know! He is blessing us, not only spiritually but also in quantity, GOD is just so very amazing! But this is our prayer, that we will be "A Christ-Centered Generation"!

Cornerstone Church 3rd Year Anniversary Celebration

What a day! What a wonderful Sunday we've had! Over 1000 adults, youths and children have attended our 3rd year anniversary celebration! WOW! What a day you know! We've had a wonderful praise and worship, testimonies, the word of God and SOULS SAVED! whooo! Amen! almost, I think, there are almost 50 who have given their lives to Jesus Christ! Whoo! Praise God! This is truly a wonderful day! Amen! Ok by the way our guest speaker is Ptr. Rick Zachary from USA, an amazing man of God! He's a great preacher! :D well he talked about "Vision" and his Bible reference is in Habakkuk 2:1! You know it is really the word of God to us! Cause presently we, Generations, don't have a vision! We are still praying for it, we want it to really come from God and not from us, cause we want the best for our youth group not the second best! We want what God wants for our youth group! We want the world to see that Jesus is in us, that He is living in us! We want God to work in our lives, in our friends lives, in our neighbors lives, in our schools, in everything that surrounds us! We want to make a change in this generation! We want what God wants for our youth group! You know, I am so thankful that God have surrounded us with leaders, not just leaders but righteous, passionate and Spirit filled leaders! Cause when we see them we are encouraged to go on for God! We want to say, from the bottom of our hearts, that we are so blessed because of you[our pastors, our leaders]! We want to say that you are truly a blessing to us, you are the one whom God uses to change and mold our lives! We're so thankful! We pray that God will bless in every angle of your life - physically, in health, socially, intellectually, emotionally, financially and especially spiritually! We just want to say that we are so grateful of having you! We love you all so much! Oh, we're getting sooooo emotional, hehehehe! Ok, that's enough, but we are truly grateful of having you, we're serious! :D OK! we'll that's just the 1st part of the service! We've had our lunch, that's our 2nd part! And the third part of our celebration is a presentation of each church and ministry! San Isidro, Nagassican, HMCH[Helga Mosey Children's Home], PHKC[Powerhouse Kids Club], Ushering Ministry and our Youth Ministry have had its each presentation, it's great! and we've also had parlor games for the kids and we've played basketball afterwards! It is such a great day we've had! We're glad to be a part of this church! We're so grateful that God have brought us in here, that God have saved us in an early age, that God have given us hope and a future, that God is using each of everyone of us, that God have given us righteous, passionate and Spirit filled leaders! We're all so grateful, to our leaders and especially to God! We hope you have been blessed of what have happened today to our church! 60 Youths

Praise Jesus For That 60

God is so Good! He don't just want to bless us in quality[Spiritual life] but also in quantity! It was our Cornerstone Church main meeting last last friday, in ate Ellen's house! The meeting was almost over but ate Glenda approached and asked me if I have the video that Pastor Sur showed to us on our last youth camp, then I said yes, [cause she is there also in the last night of our camp] cause the video was saved on the laptop that we use in our church services every sunday! Then she began to tell the situation, coz ate Glenda is a teacher in City High[SICAT] here in Santiago, and the subject that she is teaching to her students is Values! She has one class that in every word that she say, her class is moved! Wow! She is sharing things about God, about Jesus and her class is somewhat interested! She asked her class if they want to go to our church, on one of our youth fellowships, and with great eagerness the students said YES! Whoo! Wow! How great is our God you know! What a blessing! What a great priviledge to share the Gospel of Christ to that 60 youths! Imagine if all of those 60 will confess with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord, believe in their hearts that He is risen from the dead and accept Him as their personal Lord and Savior! Wow! whoo! I am so excited what God will do on that special day! Whooo! I can't wait! I am just so very excited! We are planning to show the video and share Jesus' Gospel to them on September 8, 2007! We hope and pray that God will just move in the place where we will gather! That God will not just save one soul but SIXTY souls! "that none should perish" II Peter 3:9! So we ask for your help dear reader that God will just move on that special day! That you will be a part of this great harvest! We pray that God will bless you as you pray and finish what God have started in you! We hope that you are encouraged and blessed of what God is doing here in our youth group! 3 years

Whoo! praise be to God, it is our church's 3rd yr anniversary celebration! It will be celebrated at Sefton Fire Center, Divisoria, Santiago City, Isabela @ 9 in the morning! looking back, in the past 3 yrs, I can see my life, our lives changed! It is amazing what God have done and has been doing in our lives for the past 3 yrs! so many things have happened, ups and downs! But God always demonstrates His power to us! God provides, encourages, heals and do miraculous things in our lives and the people around us! God is so great! About our youth group, for the past 3 yrs! it has been a struggle to us, cause from the start of our youth group and in the present we only have 15 key leaders and active members! :( but now we are starting again! we are praying that God will give us the vision, mission and goal that He wants for our youth group! God is really moving into our lives in the past few months! day by day He is changing us! we are getting active into our fellowships, participating in the Powerhouse Kids Club, Ushering, Worship Team, in Sunday Services and many more! I am so thankful that God have given us hope, future and a perfect life, life with Jesus! It's really amazing what God is doing into our lives! We hope that our blog will encourage and bless you with what God is doing here in the Youth of Cornerstone Church Santiago!
